A Bury Beautiful World Workshops – Goldilocks and the Three Chairs

THURSDAY 31ST AUGUST, 11AM – 3PM

Get ready for some bear-y good fun with our second A Bury Beautiful World Workshop this year!

In support of our charity of the year, Gatehouse, we’re bringing Goldilocks to Charter Square… with a twist.

Instead of Goldilocks and the Three Bears, we’ll have Goldilocks and the Three Chairs!

This event is in support of Gatehouse’s Home Store, which sells donated items from white goods to clothing and homewares, and is open to the public.

Goldilocks and the Three Chairs

We’ll have three chairs set up in Charter Square, ready for you to pick your favourite and pose with Goldilocks! We will also have a bear-themed face painter and bear-ear making workshops, so you can make sure you look the part for your picture. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #BearsInCharterSquare and share your snaps with us!

Storytime with Waterstones and Local Author Chris Dixon

We’ll also be having story telling sessions with Waterstones, as well as East Anglian author Chris Dixon who will be doing readings of his book, ‘That’s Okay’, which explores children’s emotions. Make sure to bring along your favourite teddy as well as a picnic blanket to get involved with the fun!
