So you’re a fan of a cheeky Nando’s? Us too! But you’re not sure on the safety of dining in or even ordering a takeaway yet? That’s okay, your worries are completely understandable. That’s why we thought we’d take this opportunity to outline the key safety procedures that the chicken empire has implemented to keep you PERi-PERi safe.
You may have seen the QR code by the front door? That’s your ticket to join the virtual queue. Rather than waiting in line by the restaurant for your table to be prepared, you can go for a socially-distanced wander and be contacted by the team as soon as you are able to head on in.
Once you’re through that front door, don’t forget to open your NHS COVID-19 app and use the QR code to check in here at arc.
You may notice that the menu is more limited than you’re used to. Nando’s have reduced the menu to enable staff to socially distance from each other easier. Don’t worry, your favourite PERi-fixes should still be available!
Speaking of staff, they will be checking in each morning with their line managers regarding their health and wellbeing, as well as attending daily hygiene briefs to ensure it remains top of mind. They’ve also increased cleaning practices within the restaurant including hand washing at regular intervals. Hand sanitiser is available to all delivery drivers and customers. Staff will be wearing masks – please make sure you wear yours too. If you’re dining in, you can remove this at the table.
Whether you’re dining in or paying for your collection, you can only pay by contactless payment.
Please be patient – Nando’s is operating reduced hours with a reduced team, not only to keep their staff safe, but to keep you safe too! Also, restaurant seating will be limited to groups of 6 or less as is in line with government restrictions.
Don’t forget that if you still don’t fancy dining in, you can order for collection (from their website) or for delivery (via Deliveroo).
