On the 18th June 2023, join us for our arc-SOME Father’s Day event in Charter Square! 

From 11am until 3pm, we’ll be putting dads and kids to the test with our awesome building brick challenges! Think you’ve got what it takes?

Blindfolded Building Contest

Are you an expert brick builder? What about if you were blindfolded?

In this challenge, the kids will guide the adults in building a small block creation as fast as they can – but the adult is blindfolded! It’s up to the kids to tell them what to do. We’ll pick our favourite builds from the day and put them to a social media vote – the most popular build wins an arc-SOME prize!

World’s Tallest Tower (in 30 Seconds, one-handed)

It’s time to attempt an (unofficial) world record! Silvo Sabba holds the Guinness World Record for building the tallest building brick criss-cross tower in 30 seconds at 32 bricks – one handed! 

Think you can beat him?

Try your luck with our challenge – whilst you won’t win a Guinness World Record, you may be the tallest tower at the end of the event and win an awesome prize! 

Lucky Brick Dip

Are you feeling lucky? If brick building isn’t your area of skill, then there’s always good old fashioned luck of the dip!

Try your luck with our Lucky Brick Dip. Put your hand into our bucket full of toy bricks and see if you select the gold brick! 

There are a few smaller lucky dip prizes to be won – will you get your hands on one of them?
