Welcome Back

What we’re doing
When visiting arc, it may look a little different to normal and there will be lots of new rules to adhere to, but don’t let that worry you – we have put together these FAQs for you to read before visiting so that you know what to expect.

We have installed hand sanitiser stations at entrances, and our team will be wearing face masks and gloves.

As the number of shoppers allowed in stores is also likely to be restricted, queuing areas will be in place. These will be signposted and easy to understand once you arrive, but if you’ve got any questions, please ask one of our team.

There will also be revised opening hours for individual stores, please check with the individual stores for more information.

Returning safely
We’re looking forward to welcoming our visitors back to arc now the government has advised we are safe to do so, with the right conditions in place.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to ensure the right balance of measures is in place to protect everyone who visits us, but also ensuring it will be an enjoyable experience.

Be Patient, Be Kind, Be Responsible.

We urge everyone who visits us to use common sense, follow the directional and helpful signage which we will have in place across the estate.

We want to remind you, our valued guest, that your safety and well-being continues to be our top priority.

In these uncertain times, know that we are here to safely welcome you back at your own pace. So, when the time is right, we are ready when you are.
