Customer toilet facilities within arc are located just off Hanchet Square, walk next to New Look to access them.
Our customer toilets were awarded the ‘Platinum Plus’ standard in the 2024 Loo of the Year Awards, as well as the Washroom Cleaner of the Year Award.
Family Facilities
Baby changing facilities can be found in the customer toilets located just off Hanchet Square. They are located behind New Look.
Our Changing Facilities won the Space to Change Platinum Plus award in the 2024 Loo of the Year Awards.
