The modern open street-scape centre opened in March 2009 and boasts a range of retail and leisure facilities, plus stunning accommodation. There truly is something for everyone at arc shopping centre.

arc has 37 smart shops and restaurants. 

Parking   PARKING

arc’s shopper car park has 850 spaces (including 37 Blue Badge spaces), with a further 870 spaces available to visitors in the neighbouring multi- storey car park (including 7 Blue Badge spaces). For more information please click here

Please note the car park at arc is called “Cattle Market / arc” and the multi-storey close to the centre is called “Parkway multi-storey”. 

Toilets    TOILETS

Customer toilet facilities within arc are located just off Hanchet Square, walk next to New Look to access them.

Our Loos were awarded the ‘Platinum’ standard in the 2022 Loo of the Year Awards, as well as the Washroom Cleaner of the Year Award.

Family Facilities   FAMILY FACILITIES

Baby changing facilities can be found in the customer toilets located just off Hanchet Square.

Our Changing Facilities won the Space to Change Platinum Plus award in the 2022 Loo of the year awards.

A feature which enables you to shop, click and collect at your convenience from your favourite stores. With 28 brands now offering this service within arc let us help you with your shopping experience.

Disabled and HDU Facilities   DISABLED & HDU FACILITIES

These facilities include:

  • Fixed height adult changing table along with adjustable powered hoist
  • Radar Key access (you can borrow a Radar Key from Centre Management – press the intercom located outside the Public Toilets)
  • Fitted with emergency alarms
  • Our disabled and high-dependency toilets are Crohn’s and Colitis accessible.
