arc Charity of the Year – Terms and Conditions
- The Charity of the Year competition will be open for entries from 27th May 2026 and will close on 12th June 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
- To enter the nomination, the entrant must comment their nominated charity OR submit their charity through the form on arc Bury St Edmunds’ website.
- All entries will be carefully reviewed, and three charities will be selected by the management team, before going to a public vote. The decision of the Promoter is final.
- The selected charity will be contacted by the marketing team directly and must confirm acceptance of the Charity of the Year partnership within 14 days of notification. If no response is received within this timeframe, or if the charity declines the opportunity, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the offer and select an alternative charity.
- By entering the promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion
- If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions, they will be automatically excluded
- The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the competition whatsoever
- The entrant’s personal information will be used only on the website and social media of the arc Bury St Edmunds and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged
- Employees of arc Bury St Edmunds and their relatives can enter nominations
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
