Enjoy a culinary journey around the globe as the Bury St Edmunds Food & Drink Festival returns to the town centre on Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August 2026 from 10am until 5pm.
This year’s event promises to have something for everyone, with food sampling from 16 different countries on offer. The Food & Drink Festival aims to celebrate the incredible diversity of international cuisine alongside the very best of Suffolk produce.
Taking place across the town centre, this event is free to enter. The town will completely transform with different activities happening in Cornhill, the Buttermarket, Angel Square and here at arc Shopping Centre.
What to expect:
- Live demonstrations from some of the area’s favourite establishments at the popular Chefs on Stage Cookery Theatre
- Food and Drink from 16 countries around the world with a wide variety of stalls across Cornhill and the Buttermarket.
- A traditional Farmer’s Market on Angel Hill
- Free children’s activities at arc Shopping Centre, including Big Games, children’s magic workshops and face painting. There will also be pay per go fairground rides at arc.
- Children’s entertainment in Cornhill and the Buttermarket featuring balloon modelling and magic tricks.
