On thew 12th of November 2023, the Snow Queen joined us at arc Shopping Centre to help bring festive cheer to everyone through Gatehouse charity’s The Christmas Project!
What’s the Christmas Project?
Every year, Gatehouse prepares special Christmas hampers filled with non-perishable food items and extra festive goodies. These hampers are a lifeline for those in need during the holiday season.
To support this important initiative, we invited shoppers to make a donation to Gatehouse in exchange for putting together a Christmas shoebox for vulnerable people in the local area. We then helped wrap the shoe boxes, and each person wrote a Christmas card to the person they created the shoebox for!
With the help of the Bury St Edmunds community, we raised £165 for Gatehouse and donated 44 boxes to them to distribute to families this Christmas!
