Following the successful launch of the 2025 Poppy Appeal here at arc last Saturday, the local branch of the Royal British Legion will be back this Saturday, 1st November, to continue their fundraising.
The Royal British Legion’s aim is to bring society together to recognise, remember, and support the Armed Forces community. Join us in showing them support this Saturday, as they sell more poppies and talk to the public about the RBL and what they do. This annual fundraiser is an important event in the Charity’s calendar, it’s not simply responsible for a big contribution to their funds each year, it’s an annual reminder to us all that we need to support our Armed Forces community and ensure that their unique contribution is not forgotten.
