Marvellous Mums (and more!)

Thanks to everyone who nominated their Marvellous Mums (and more!) this Mother’s Day. The competition is now CLOSED and winners have been announced below!

Now, head over to our Facebook page to vote on which shortlisted nomination you think should win! You have until midnight on 14th March to cast your votes!

We’ve selected five nominations, with the top three receiving a gift from us at arc Shopping Centre!

And, for every nomination received, we’re making a donation** to Gatehouse Home Store and Food Bank.

We want YOU to help us choose the top 5 nominees by participating in our Facebook vote. The entry with the most likes will claim our Gold Marvellous Mums prize.

Because we want to spread the love this March, we have THREE categories of prizes up for grabs, Bronze, Silver, and Gold!* Winners will be announced on Friday 15th March.

🥇 GOLD – £50 to spend at an arc retailer, restaurant, or leisure facility of your choice

  1. Entries to the competition are via the arc Shopping Centre website only. 5 shortlisted entries will then be voted for on the arc Shopping Centre Facebook page. 
  1. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  1. Competition entries from 29/02/2024 until 12pm 07/03/2024. The social media vote will run until midnight on 14/03/2024 with the winners announced on 15/03/2024.
  1. To enter, you must nominate your mum or motherly figure through the designated submission form on the arc website. 
  1. The winner of the Gold, Silver and Bronze prizes will be determined by the number of ‘likes’ given to the 5 mum’s nominated on the arc Facebook page.  The graphic with the most likes will receive the Gold prize. The graphic with the second most amount of likes will receive the Silver prize. The graphic with the third most amount of likes will win the Bronze price. The fourth and fifth most liked graphics will not be eligible for a prize.
  2. For every nomination made, arc will make a donation to Gatehouse Food Bank and Home Store, up to a total of £250.
  1. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of being selected.
  1. The winner will be announced on the arc shopping centrearc Shopping Centre Facebook page and contacted directly, using the details provided when submitting the website form. Once notified they have won, the winner needs to make contact within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner selected.
  1. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.  No cash alternatives are available.The prizes are as follows: Gold – £50 to spend at an arc restaurant of your choice, Silver – £25 to spend at Muffin Break at arc Shopping Centre, Bronze – A pre-bought gift set from L’Occitane. 
  1. The competition is operated by Toolbox Group on behalf of arc Shopping Centre, whose registered address is Toolbox Group, Vine Farm, Up Street, Bardwell, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP31 1AA.
  1. Employees of arc Shopping Centre and their relatives and friends are not permitted to enter this competition.
  1. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion. You also give permission for your photographs and the rights to be used by arc Shopping Centre on their website and social media pages.
  1. Details of the competition are correct at the time of publication and the promoter will only supplement or amend conditions of entry in exceptional circumstances. In such circumstances promoters will tell participations how to obtain the supplemental or amended rules.
  1. Prizes awarded will be as described in the marketing communications or reasonable equivalents. 
  1. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the prizes whatsoever.
  1. The entrants personal information will only be used by our staff internally, for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
  1. The Promoters must make available on request the name and county of major prizewinners, by entering into the competition you are consenting to this information being publicised.  Prizewinners will not be compromised by the publication of excessive personal information.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any circumstances out of The Promoter’s control mean that the competition prize advertised is not available, The Promoter reserves the right to (without prior notice): (a) cancel the promotion; and or (b) substitute the competition prize for another amount of less value.
