Roll up, Roll up! A Free Family Circus Event at arc Shopping Centre This August
Looking for free family activities in Bury St Edmunds this summer? arc presents… The Greatest Summer Show! Step right up as the circus comes to arc Shopping Centre for three days of spectacular entertainment from 18th-20th August.
Join us in Charter Square for an unforgettable celebration packed with live performances, interactive workshops and colourful family fun throughout the school holidays. Whether you’re learning new circus skills, watching incredible magic, or meeting our larger-than-life performers, there’s something for visitors of all ages to enjoy.
Want to know what’s happening?
Tuesday 18th August
Kick start the celebrations by trying your hand at our Circus Skills Workshop at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3pm. Get into the circus spirit with a fun face paint and delicious complimentary candy floss to complete the experience!
Wednesday 19th August
Prepare to be amazed by our spectacular Magic Shows at 12pm and 2pm. Step right up for our mesmerising Giant Bubble Show at 11am, 12:45pm, and 2:30pm! Think your the strongest? Take on our strong man challenge!
Thursday 20th August
The fun continues with more Circus Skills Workshops at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3pm giving everyone the chance to master their circus talents. You’ll also be able to enjoy free face painting while watching our incredible Aerial Hoop Performers and colourful Stilt Walkers as they bring the circus to life around Charter Square.

- This event is free to attend.
